Agreement

By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products from Salon Honey and Sage you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.


Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
  • A valid credit card or deposit may be required to hold your appointment
  • You must be 18+ to book, or have a parent/guardian present for minors
  • Service times and prices are estimates and may vary based on hair length, density, or condition


Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service price
  • No-shows may be charged 50% of the service price
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling and a charge of 50% of the service.


Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, etc.
  • Gratuity is appreciated but not required


Refunds & Service Guarantee

  • We do not offer refunds on services rendered
  • If you're unhappy with a service, contact us within 7 days, and we'll do our best to make it right with an adjustment

Gift Cards

  • Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • No expiration unless required by state law
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, scalp or skin conditions that prevent safe service, or unrealistic expectations.


Liability

  • Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before service
  • We are not responsible for reactions to products or services when relevant information is withheld
  • Personal belongings are your responsibility while in the salon


Website Use

  • Content on our website is for informational purposes only
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission
  • We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or website downtime


Photography

We may photograph your hair for portfolio or social media use. Let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
