Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the U.S. only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days at
frontdesk@salonhoneyandsage.com and we'll make it right.
In-Store Pickup
Skip shipping and pick up your order at the salon during business hours. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout.
