Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
  • We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for color services and 1–2 weeks for
    haircuts
  • A credit card is required to reserve your appointment
  • New color clients and extension clients may be asked to schedule a consultation first


Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations: 50% of the service fee
  • No-shows: 50% of the service fee charged to the card on file
  • Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings


Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or shortening your service
  • We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we won't compromise the quality of service for other guests


Consultations

  • Consultations are complimentary and recommended for color corrections, extensions, or major changes
  • Please bring inspiration photos and be ready to discuss your hair history (previous color, chemical services, home products)
  • Honesty about your hair history helps us deliver the best results safely


Pricing

  • Prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, and time
    required
  • Your stylist will provide a personalized quote during consultation
  • Prices are subject to change

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service
  • We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, etc.
  • Gratuity is appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card

Service Adjustments

  • Love your hair? Tell your friends. Not 100% happy? Tell us.
  • Contact us within 7 days of your service and we'll schedule a complimentary adjustment
  • Adjustments do not include a change of mind or a new request — only correcting the original service

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds on services
  • Opened products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Children in the Salon

  • For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that children not receiving services remain at home when possible
  • Children receiving services must be supervised by an adult

Guests

  • Due to limited seating, we ask that you come alone or bring only one guest
  • Please silence phones and keep conversations at a respectful volume

Personal Belongings

  • Please keep valuables with you
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items

Health & Safety

  • Please reschedule if you're feeling unwell
  • Disclose any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, or medications before service
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or end service for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or any reason that compromises the safety or comfort of our team and guests.

Photography & Social Media

We love showing off our work! With your permission, we may photograph your hair for our portfolio or social media. Just let us know if you'd prefer to opt out.
