We do not provide refunds for services rendered or deposits made for appointments. Please note that achieving the desired outcome may require multiple sessions. Should this be the case, your stylist will communicate this during your appointment and document it on the consultation form.

If a guest is dissatisfied with the results, they must contact us within 7 days of the original
appointment and return to the salon within 14 days for resolution. Redo services are
complimentary when the request aligns with the original service agreed upon during
consultation.

What’s Covered

● Correcting the original service as discussed during your consultation
● Adjustments to tone, placement, or finish within the agreed-upon look


What’s Not Covered

● A change of mind or new request different from the original service
● Results affected by at-home color, box dye, or chemical services not disclosed during
consultation
● Failure to follow recommended aftercare or product use
● Concerns reported after the 7-day window

Retail Products

● Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for store credit

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Deposits are forfeited in the case of no-shows or late cancellations.
